THERMAL IMAGING
Every Home Inspection includes a thermal imaging scan with an industry standard Infrared camera at no extra cost.

Helping to detect moisture, air leaks and insulation problems that can go unnoticed without the use of an infrared camera.
THE INSPECTION REPORT
At the end of the inspection, you will be provided with a summary report highlighting the notable findings. You will receive the final report within 24 hours of the inspection.
We provide clear, concise and thorough reports in easy to understand language. Our cloud based reporting system offers secure access to the Inspection report. We'll email a link to view and download the report.
Our report will describe the condition of the home's system and components, implications and recommendations, including photos, illustrations and home maintenance and reference guides. You will gain an understanding of any safety concerns, significant deficiencies, and any components that are near the end of their life, providing you the information you need to make informed decisions.
