COVID-19 and Home Inspections. What you need to know.
Updated: Jul 2, 2021

Cardinal & Keys Home Inspection is here. We hope that you are safe and healthy during these uncertain times.
It seems things are starting to slowly get back to normal. Every geographic region seems to be effected and is reacting differently to what's happening. Here is Ottawa, we are cautiously moving forward with our inspection process and taking precautions in-line with Public Health and our Professional Associations recommendations.
In order to help limit the spread of the virus in the community, we are donning PPE; masks and gloves and carry sanitizer/cleaning supplies to sanitize often and as needed, and of course following all the advice of Ottawa Public Health and protocols as recommended by our Professional Associations as events continue to unfold. We are asking anyone on site, to be taking the same precautions.
We are conducting inspections with the client on-site only if necessary, however, are recommending clients not attend if possible. Physical distancing is in full effect whenever possible, and follow up reviews are being conducted remotely, post inspection, to go over our reports and the specific details with our clients.
Please get in touch if you have any questions at all about our procedures regarding Home Inspections during these unprecedented times.
Looking forward and staying positive... We hope to hear from you.
Stay safe and healthy out there,
Phil
